Refund and Return Policy
1. You need to contact Olde Thyme Herbal, LLC within 7 days of receipt of product to report damages, or reason for return.
2. Refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged in shipping. If damaged in shipping contact the carrier first.
3. You must contact us at cathryn@oldethymeherbal.com, or call 541-756-5955 to request a refund and be approved before returning or exchanging product for refund or different products.
4. All product being returned for refund must have an explanation why and return shipping is up to the customer to pay.
5. Call for refund must be within 1 week of receipt and return of physical product must be done within 7 days of return approval. Payment will be returned within 5 business days after receipt of the product the same way it was made to the same account.
